So this is my 2nd day of taking the Biome iX, the HapiCaps & ShutEi. WOW!!

I am already feeling WAY less bloated, the pain I normally have in my lower back due to diverticulosis is GONE and I had zero trouble getting to sleep & STAYING asleep last night which is almost a miracle in & of itself!! And I haven't even received my HapiTides yet!!

How does it get any better than this?? I have also been dealing with arthritis in my neck, shoulder, wrist, back & knees.......not sure if it's related or not, but somehow I am experiencing ZERO pain since last night. My mood is 100% improved since yesterday........

Sharing my triad story from my personal profile...

Many of you are familiar with my thyroid story as I have shared about it before ( I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s & had 1/2 my thyroid removed due to a tumor which resulted in severe hypothyroidism after my surgery).

In 2020, I struggled with consistency in working out and resorted to eating more comfort foods than I normally do. This resulted in some unwanted weight gain, loss of energy, trouble sleeping, and frequent heartburn. It’s to easy for my body to fall into these patterns due to my thyroid when I start making these less healthy choices.

In the beginning of 2021 I decided I needed to take action and choose health again for myself.
I signed up for 202.0 winter miles running challenge to motivate me. Working out and running went great and I finished my challenge successfully in March 18th. But just exercise alone is not enough. Building a strong, healthy body has to start from within! And I’m not just talking about what we eat.

We must have a healthy gut environment to utilize the foods we are eating and manifest health. I knew this was a key component and that I needed to address my gut health.

Two months ago I started focusing on improving my gut health and once again took action.

In just one week, I had more energy, zero heartburn, improved focus and sleep!
These all continued to improve in the first 30 days.

Then towards the end of that first month, my "Co-Vid-10 pounds" started to drop away. I am now in my second month of healing my gut.

I’ve dropped 6 pounds, my energy is great, my focus is clear, I sleep better, and I haven’t been sick once in 2021.

Did you know that 80% of your immune health stems from your gut? It’s kind of important to make sure it’s healthy. I’m not stopping! I will continue to support my gut health daily and I’ve started a new running challenge - running & completing my first half-marathon once I complete a three month training program!

Yesterday I realized that a ganglion cyst that I've had in the top of my right hand for several years is GONE! Over the years I've learned to ignore the burning nerve pain that it caused.
As I use my hands daily in my craft the cyst would slide up-and-down the tendon of my hand as it flexed and unflexed.

In discussing the recent disappearance of a different abnormal growth on my body which was near my tailbone, (pea sized under the skin), I turned my attention to where the ganglion cyst used to be only to discover (I hadn't even noticed) it was GONE! My body reabsorbed it!

And, not only that, but my body also reabsorbed a third abnormal (mole-like bumpy raised area) growth on the back of my left calf!! Only minor pink pigmentation remains.

I have had gut issues FOREVER.

I remember suffering from constipation in grade school. I truly think I’ve tried almost every product out there for relief over the last 30+ years, to no avail.

I’ve also suffered from serious bloating, acid reflux, and stomach pains. I saw numerous gastroenterologist and had two colonoscopies before I was 45 to try and find a cause so we would have a solution. I've been doing the system for 2 months. I wasn't in a good place when I started. Lots of Health issues: really high BP, really high sugar- diagnosed Diabetes type 2, high Cholesterol, bad Lipid levels, issues with my kidneys, pancreas and liver, high anxiety, depression, high stress.

WOW! I am one happy gal!

I went to my doctor today for my diabetes. I gave her my little notebook that I write my blood sugars in several times a day. She looked at my chart and then at my notebook and said, "Hmmm." I wondered what now?

She asked me if I had changed anything in the past 3 weeks, as my blood sugars were going down. Yipee for starting the Triad!!

Before starting this awesome product I would get winded going to the mailbox. Just thought I was out of shape! Well, maybe, but now I can walk to the mailbox and back and feel like walking some more!!

An ancient Chinese proverb says “The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step”.

That first step for me came with a rectal cancer diagnosis in 2014 and the start of my journey to defeat and heal my body. Many small and slow steps brought me to that goal but a huge unplanned for roadblock occurred. I was told that once my tumor was removed and the ileostomy that I was given could be reversed, that would be the end, but life does not always go as planned and it ended for me with a colostomy bag. The world comes crashing down in the realization that this is now my life and nothing will change that. Life in a parallel universe sets in along with the challenges of living with an ostomy and very deep depression.

Everything I do in health and wellness is from a natural, organic, non gmo perspective and I’m also an avid researcher so the mandate was now what is out there for me. I knew gut health had an important role in not only the immune system but 90% of serotonin is produced in the gut. I had been on butyrate for over 2 years and a coffee product that helped with the anxiety but still struggled with colostomy output issues and just couldn’t seem to overcome them until I was introduced to BiomeX and Hapicaps.

I was hesitant at first because I couldn’t imagine these products would be any different than what I had been on, but further research on tributyrate and a leap of faith made all the difference. The Hapicaps were much more effective in lessening depression and the added bonus of more endurance and energy!! I’ve been able to up the intensity and duration of my treadmill time.

The BiomeX was a catalyst in regulating the colostomy output and those that have colostomies understand bloating bag issues which all but disappeared. I can also attest to a reduction of inches and weight as well! Currently I take one Hapicap a day and 2 BiomeX a day. I am hoping my story will help other ostomates.

To update my progress: When the Amplifei Coffee came out I switched from the Hapicaps and loved the energy that lasted all day with no caffeine jitters. The inches and weight loss continue. I no longer need digestive enzymes. These products will help all ostomates.

Blessings for my daughter Karie Atkinson. The doctors titled her with IBS, endometriosis, and she gets severe heartburn just to name a few.

My son is my world. I’m his voice 💙💚💛❤️

My 4 year old son was diagnosed with autism over a year and a half a ago. He was non verbal and it seemed like he didn’t understand commands I asked him to do. He would have temper tantrum‘s at least two or three times a day. He would fight with me to put his shoes and clothes on every day.

Things were rough . I prayed to God and said please help my son Guide me on what to do to help him I want to hear him talk I want to hear his voice. As I’m writing this I have tears of joy now.
